Perhaps your body is asking for your attention — naturopathy offers a gentle and natural way to listen and support its balance.

I work from the belief that the body has an innate capacity to heal when given the right conditions.
Together, we look for what makes sense for your body and mind — without rigid rules or extremes.

I use techniques such as acupuncture, cupping, nutrition guidance, herbal remedies, and other natural approaches to restore vitality and inner balance.

What to expect from therapy with me?

The therapeutic process is always focused on you and unfolds around the topics you bring to therapy. The solutions to your concerns are in your hands, and I guide you through this process. I am here to support you, listen, and ask thoughtful questions. I offer a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, bodily experiences, relationships, and behavior patterns without judgment or evaluation. I see you as a capable person with the potential to work through your challenges.

Therapy is a process – change comes gradually, often after several sessions. Even small steps can lead to deep transformation. That’s why I recommend planning at least 10 sessions, ideally once a week or once every two weeks.

If you’re in an acute crisis or just need a one-time consultation without committing to therapy, that’s also possible. Feel free to reach out – together we’ll find the format that suits you best.

My approach and inspiration

I am a member of the Czech Association of Art Therapists and I follow its code of ethics. My goal is to offer a safe and respectful environment where you can openly share your thoughts, emotions and seek change.

I combine talk, art therapy techniques and naturopathy in my therapy. In doing so, I draw on what you need at the time — whether it’s a space for words, creativity, or physical attunement. I offer a sensitive and individual approach.

Having lived and worked abroad for over 14 years — in Spain, the UK, and Ireland — I bring a deep cross-cultural understanding to my work. This international experience has shaped the way I listen, connect, and support others, especially those navigating life transitions, cultural differences, or feeling out of place. It has taught me to meet people without judgment, to value diverse perspectives, and to hold space for what doesn’t always fit into boxes.

I cooperate with physiotherapist Mgr. Hanka Vašíčková from Fyziopohyb.cz on weekend stays, where we combine yoga, physiopilates, art therapy and conscious care for body and mind.
You will relax in wellness, eat well, get inspired and maybe discover something new — about yourself and about life.

We invite you to a spring retreat in the magical setting of Břežany Farm. Together, we’ll enjoy yoga, Medical Pilates, sharing the scent of spring, and you can have the benefit of time just for yourself.

🏠 You can bring the whole family – if someone does not want to participate in the program, they only pay for accommodation and meals.
